Movie

This was my first attempt at any sort of movies, or videos. I made this for class, we used Final Cut Pro and it was great, I love the program. We made a stop motion animation. The assignment was to have music, photos, and a quote based on a human attribute. I picked beauty as the attribute and I picked a funny quote about beauty. I wanted it to be more funny rather than serious because I am a silly person. The star of my movie is one of my good friends, Abi from school. She is silly too and has this amazing red, flowing curly hair. Enjoy!

Ps. i forgot to cut the music, so it just goes on the end with a black screen, but please enjoy the sweet tune by Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass :)

Alas nostalgia!

Hey these are some self portraits for my semester grant. The topic of the grant is called "Vintage Glamour: A study of the photographic image of women in the 1940s and 50s." It also has a contemporary twist (hence the sharpie tatts. Done by Ryan Ribeiro)

Magnify Me

so a new self portrait i guess. i believe it sums me up as an individual. Super silly. The magnifying glass is so much fun to play with, mine has a little paint on it, but it's okay. i also like the clouds in the glass too (i was right by my window), it adds a little bit to the image.

New Tattoo

okay, so in September I got a new tattoo. It's a peacock feather with the initials A.L.S. on it. It's for my siblings and myself. Aaron, Laurel and Sallee. We're all pretty close and my favorite thing is when we are all together.
